sick hydo seedlings

I have 2 week old today seedlings growing hydro. The leafes have been turning yellow and whit at the tips, and some brown spots. And a few of the have the leafes dropping down. They have a 4 buld 2ft t5 HO light, the temp stays around 78-84 degrees. I just put a fan in yesterday, and the ph keeps changing, i set it around 6.0, and keep going to 7.5. Any ideas as to what is wrong with them.

Your pH is wrong. It should be between 5.2-5.8 with 5.5 being optimal. What is the ppm?
