...tell the local folk what you are growing in...nutes, light schedule, age etc...i'm sure some city dweller will emerge to give you some assistance ...you can always flush if it gets progressively worse...did you watch the streaming video on flushing?...tootles .

It looks like the same problem I had and it turned out to be 2 things. one was a ph problem and the second thing was nutrient toxicity. I kept my PH at 5.8 and I cut my nutrient strength and they grew great after that. like ricslat said check out Ganja Guerrilla's site.

but I understand that I have either a PH prob , Nitrogen prob or both but I not sure on what I should do after I flush it should I lower the PH and see if that helps or should I lower the PH and add some Nitrogen ?? what nutes should I add I have 8-7-6 10-52-10 15-30-15 10-20-10 30-10-10 N / value right?!! then its P - K right so would the 30-10-10 be on the right track? the plants name is Whitney - White Rhino born Oct/10/07 put into 12/12 Oct/21/07 in 2L pop bottles / soil / has not had nutes until this prob started 1 week into flowering and I had used 8-7-6 for 2 waterings 3 weeks ago 1/3 strength, I did not seem to help this prob , I had flushed it before I added the nutes and I flushed it again 3 days ago I think I might flush her again on the weekend then give it a bit to dry up?? hell I only have 4-5 weeks to go !! but I do have more coming in asap and don't want them to have the same probs cheers Scooter | |

Sorry I'm not a soil grower so I don't want to mislead you. This is some very good advice that another grower gave me and it helped a lot. if your EC goes up and PH goes down plants require less nutes if your EC goes down and PH goes up plants need more nutes if your EC is stable and PH goes up plants are happy My PH goes up very little in a day maybe from 5.8 -5.9 but usually stays at 5.8 for a couple days. My EC may go up 0.01-0.02 at the most. Hopefully your keeping a log so you can keep track of your PH and EC so you can adjust your nutes to your plants needs. Good luck, I hope some of this helps. |
