| Droopy leaves...but I did not think I overwatered...
These plants are WW and have been growing for about 25days or so, I have been very careful not to overwater...so I thought( I have used search and keep coming back to overwatering) Could have overwatered or is there something else to look at too? droopy.jpg droopy2.jpg These pics were taken a few mins after the lights kicked on and normally will be back normal in a few hrs, but not sure if this is normal or not? Well here's my 2 cents worth, up to you whether to use this info or not...........but hey I'm bored and it's a sat night, and I'm getting drunk........ I can see both sides of this arguement, droppy leaves are caused by both, overwatering and underwatering, from what you see in the photos it could be either, what I'd do if I were you, would be to flush them all...........sounds like madness, but the plants can easily take it, they may slow growth by about 3-4 days but at least then you'll know where your at. I'd also remove them the saucers underneath them, just so that no excess water sits there, which could lead to a bit of root rot, let the water run out, as the plants use the water, the leaves will start to perk up, when they do, feel the pot, feel the weight of it, and get used to what it feels like............sounds weird but I just water my plants, based on the weight of the pot, and what the leaves look like...........also the pinkey test, just pop ur pinkey in, and if it's damp, they're fine, if it dry, then water..............pots that size I add about 2 litres in a sitting...........and if it ran out the bottom, then I stopped................hope that helps mate...........Peace out.............Sid
