what are you using as far as nutrients? It could be a simple nitrogen defficiency. Also, i would repot the plants. I can only see one of the pots in the pic and it look small for the size of your plant.

yeh, it is smal plant for hes age . (10 week)

Sooner i use tomato fertilizer (
NPK on 12:6:16) but now not use fertilizer because i belive, I Overfertilizer this plant. now i lift up lights (50 cm is mid-term plant and light) , i read , if light is too close for plant, leafs start change color yellow .

what's your watering regime? they look overwatered. If you haven't fed them, they'll probably want a grow feed, then bloom feed afterwards

That sounds OK for watering, but because we don't know how much water you're adding we can't be sure. Too much water each time could still cause the plant to be overwatered (which is what the problem looks like to me). Try letting your soil dry out completely before watering again, and see if you notice any improvement. Also, getting an appropriately sized pot is very important, if the plants are rootbound it'll cause all kinds of problems as well.

To Growers: The absolute, #1 best thing you can possibly do for your plants is research before you start. Ignoring this is like depriving your plants of light or water-- enough to ruin everything because a vital component is missing.

id still say to repot it... what size pots are they in? Once plants are root bound, plants start having many problems at once. Its worth trying...

i use at least a 3 gallon pot. with the three gallon, i can grow a plant about three feet tall and bushy as hell. If you want tall, massive plants then at least a 5 gallon pot would be what you want. Also, i start clones and seedlings in haalf gallon pots and once they are about 10 inches tall they get potted into the three gallon pots. Hope this helps.

what do you mean by flashbulb? I am unfamiliar to this term. Id say to stick to flourescent light for another week or put the hps far away from the seedling so it doesnt fry the baby.
