Leaves Turning yellow in florwering and is this a Hermie?? (Pics)

First of all I've noticed that the bottoms leaves are starting to turn yellow and the some of the inner leaves have gone black. Whats wrong with it?

Also if you look at a second picture theres a pertruding green (looks white because of light) looking pistle pertruding outwords. Only 1 per level of the plant. at about 3 weeks I could tell my plantt was female but now I'm not sure is it a hermie? is it?

If it's a hermie is it worth keeping will the smoke be anygood or should I start again?

the yellowing may be from rootbound how biog is the pot, are you feeding this plant?
