one leaf instead of a set.....wats up?

My seedling has grown its 1st set of leaves and is growing its second and tyhe moment....but......there is only one leaf instead of two! Wats going on? Is this common?

sometimes you'l get unballanced nodes like that, nothing to worry about.

its a bomb, toss it otherwise you WILL melt into vapor...
