Seedlings already sick! WTF!?

K, so I planted 4 speed queen seeds about 2 weeks ago and two are doing great. But the other two arent doing so hot. They're both smaller than they should be (havent even sprouted a third set of leaves), they're wilting, and the fan leaves have turned yellow. The soil mixture is 5 parts fox farm organic mix, 1 part perlite and 1 part vermiculite, also added a touch of blood meal and bone meal. No ferts added yet, just fresh water.

I dont have a pic now. Figured y'all would get a pretty good idea of whats going on from the description. Help would be greatly appreciated.

fox farms contain ferts and is already too hot for some strains

you added a touch of blood meal and bone meal, they too are ferts , your cooking them

transplant to fox farms that you pre flush to leech out some of the ferts
