Please help diag

Hey thanks for the help. Not sure whats wrong with these plants. PH is 6.8 switched to clear water 1 week ago have been watering every 3 days. Also dropped temps 1 1/2 weeks ago. The plants are alot greener and healthier looking than pic shows. I had to go to 12/12 4 days ago due to a vacation in dec. Anyway that didnt seem to improve or worsen the droopyness.
Any ideas? I also treated for mg def but no change from that.

the leaves are showing heat stress or low humidity

raise your lite 6-8 inches

I raised the lights and switched to hps so the temps are much lower and they seem to be healin. I will throw up some pics later. Got to get back to work now.

great to hear they are cooling off, you may need to increase the air flow in your grow room
