WHAT THE FUCK! Black tar on leaflet

So i go up to my plant and find this black / purply tar on my fucking plant. I don't know what it's from but I wiped it off with my thumb and some spit.

Does anyone know what this is?

Could a cop my marking my plant or did sap drip off a tree?

I couldn't fully remove it but I did my best theres still a little inbetween the leaflet indentations where I couldn't get it out.

Should I scrub the rest off will it be harmful to my plant?

no the plant didnt produce that color, and are you guerilla growing?

the fact it washes off I would not be too concerned, its most likely not viral or pathogenic , just some insect shit
just keep an eye that no additional areas start

don't worry about it so much. Probably just some bird shit on it or something. Clean off all the leaves with distilled ph corrected water and wipe off all the leaves. YOu should be fine.
