My plant is having some major issues. I transplanted, I get a lot of dead leaves, yellowing and curling tips, and the plant is VERY small, I swear this thing has not grown vertically ever because it has been so screwed up. I've done everything I can to help it a long but this
really seems like a lost cause.

That Plant looks torcherd. Do your research and start over.

apparenlty it was just too abused to make it back, well you learned alot and can start again

yeah man I think your gunna have to let her go

.... your not watering with nutes every watering while shes so small ? overdose will stunt them ... if your cookin them with your lights usually what happens first is the side edges of your leaves will curl upwards as the surface tempreture of the leaves gets too hot so look for that next time
