My Plants Are Lookin' Kinda Sad, Any Help?

my plants are about 20 days old. they are kinda lookin really yellow for their age. the coyetldons or w/e have shriveled up kinda and turned a yellow color. not the yellow burning color that you normally see with nitrogen burn. this looks like a paler shade of yellow.

the plants themselves are 3 inches tall and 20 days old and have 2 distinct lefseats, the first of which are dieing, and their 3rd leafsets are barely popping out

anyone know of anything that sounds like this?

i looked at ganjaguerrilla and i couldnt find anything that looked like this.

1. Soil, MG Organic Choice potting soil, something like .1-.05-.1, it's very low N-P-K
2. i dont have a ph meter, but it should be a pH of 7. it's distilled water.

5. 20 days old
6. no fertilizers yet.
7. 6, 40 watt, 4 ft flouros roughly 4 inches away.
8. 24/0
9. since they sprouted.
10. room temp is roughly 75-80, water is in the same room.
