I think my plants died, I don't know, I put them in the bigger cubes and, well just look at them.

I guess I really think it's too late for these. Some advice to keep this from happening would be great though. I'm just really confused, they did so well under the floros in the soil, and then i start the other seeds in rockwool and they look like this, i don't know, is it just heat or what?

did you use rockwool conditioner? if not then that might be the problem. also, if they were to wet the roots may have rotted. that is a very common problem with young sprouts.

Looking at the cubes it appears that you overwatered your plants.
