sick plants, dont know whats wrong.

a few of my oldest leaves look like this, ive been searching around alot for what it is, but cant figure it out. does anyone have an idea?

The pattern of the damage isnt following the veins so that leads me to believe that you have a pest problem, as for what kind of pest im not sure yet but ill go do some research and see what i come up with.

looks like it very well could be, ive started removing the infected leaves and think ill keep doing so until its all gone, the plants are still very young so im afraid to remove too many leaves. thanks for the help so far.
