Some spotty mildew/mold. What do you think?

Hey all,
I'm on my first indoor grow and my "cave", an indica, has some spotty mildew/mold on it. I brought the clone home from a medical dispensery on 8/1 and planted it in soil in a 3x3 hydro hut under a 400w mh. In this time, the humidity has rarely gone over 65%. I do have the hut next to my sliding glass balcony door for ventilation during the day, and here in Nor Cal, our nights have been dipping down into the 50s ( I leave the window all the way open all night). My question for you all is what do you think the most likely cause was? I think it came home from the store with the stuff, but Im wondering if cool nights may have played a roll? With hot (80 plus degrees F) during the days and low humidity day and night, it just doesnt seem like mildew/mold could have set in this quickly. Any opinions?

plants stop growing below 57F take it away from the window at nite

powdery midew may have been on the plant at the dispensery, it thrives in damp soil & humid conditions get a fan moving air on the plant

powdery midew can live in an alkaline atmosphere, mix 2 table spoons of baking soda to 1 litre of water, spray solution on plants, undersides of leaves aswell

Neem Oil sprayed on plants is another way to rid most mildews moulds and algaes

Thanks Ganja Guerrilla!
Yeah, I turn off the main fans at night to keep the hut a little warmer, I just leave on one exaust fan near the ceiling. I'm gonna start monitoring my minimum daily temps a little better now.

I may try the baking soda, I had bad luck with an over dose on an outdoor grow, but if it persists I'll give it a try. I have some DynaGrow Neem oil in the arsenal as well.

I went down to the grow shop yesterday to pick up some Serenade, a bacterial anti-mold/mildew/fungal and wound up getting something else at the recommendation of the guy there. It's called Organics Alive. It's a worm tea, it does not have a NPK rating, it is more of a soil/hydro additive. It contains a bunch of beneficial bacteria and fungi, which unlock your soils nutrient potential as well as oxigenate your roots, it is a living culture which has to be refrigerated and dies after 5 days anyway. Well, it turns out that as a foliar spray, it's good little fungi and bacteria, love to feast on bad little fungi and bacteria. I was told it worked the best, and fastest for molds. At $30 a gallon it damn well better!!!

I put the first coat on last night and I'm gonna hit them again before the lights go down tonight.

If it persists, do you think it is better for the big picture to just get rid of the plant to avoid risking spreading the shit throughout the hut?
