Is my plant dead?

Heres the background of the plant:
Clone vegged for a month then switched to 12/12 on 6/29.
2 parts fox farm soil, 1 part perlite
Has a problem with the ph being acidic and not being able to raise.
What worries me is I flushed it 12 days ago, and the soil it still soaked. I have noticed the buds getting a little bigger, but why isnt the soil drying out faster?

shes pretty sick dex, shes not using water or nutes in the soil..... the roots have shut down

your sour soil must be dealt with, you can flush again ....use the garden hose for an hour if thats what it takes to get the PH within range 6.5 - 6.8

last gallon of the flush add 2 table spoons of h2o2 (hydrogen peroxide to airate the soil, since its been sitting in soggy soil) also add 50% strength ferts to the last gallon of the flush, it will recooperate, when you get the PH in check

what ferts are you using?

I just put in under the faucet in the bathtub for a few minutes and now the ph is up to 6.73. I don't have any h202 but i'll get some next time I go out. What should I do about fertilizing it? I've been using FF big bloom, and I also have Liquid Bonemeal and Superthrive.
