whats wrong with my leaves?

i switched my plants pots into bigger ones with the same soil and everything. i have 3 cfl lights and a flourescent light for my four plants. i have noticed that the leaves are turning yellow and they feel kinda drid up. one of the plants has a big brown spot on it. any idea what this could be?

i know nothing about growing other than a few hours of reading on here trying to correct my own damn problem with my leaves....but it sounds like too much fert, your lights are to close or ( as i suspect in my case) a nitrogen deficiency. try putting your hand in above your plants and if your hand feels discomfort raise your lights.

i doubt it but it might also be that some water got splashed on the leaves, this also causes burining.

i dont recommend taking e seriously as im a new grower, and an outdoors one at that.

1. the soil is hyponex soil made of humus peat moss and perlite.
2. when i first tested the ph it was on low i had one of those one time use soil testers i need to get a new one.

6. no fert. yet still in vegetative state.
7. theres four plants i have one long 20 watt flourescent light and 3 26 watt cfls.
8. 24/0 the lights are about an inch or two maybe more from the plants.
