Shriveled Leaves

Hello,
I have two things i was wondering, one is when i see dead shriveled leaves i cut them off, should i stop doing this, the second thing was, is there any way to start flowering early outdoors.

you can remove any leaf with 50% or more damage, without issues

you can force flowering outside however & dont advise it, you would need to place a light proof cover over the plants & precisely monitor the 12/12 schedule manually
for 8-10 weeks

you think i could let it grow outside then move them inside for flowering?

if in pots yes, but you dont want to dig it up to bud it out, that will stress the plant badly

and providing you have no other weed growing indoors, you may bring in mites, which is the next issue, the plant will need neem oil spraying , before it comes in and several sprays afterwards....if the mites get in on the plant they have nothing else to dine on, but your plant

yes it is in pots, i currently have indoor hydro tomatoes growing so i will just flower it in the same room
