yellowing and curling

im growing outdoors, in all natural soil(put seeds straight into ground), temperature is about 85 average a day, the plant gets about 8 hours of DIRECT sunlight. The bottom leaves are yellowing and curling upwards, it says magnesium deficiancy in the grow guide, but i have no clue what that means, so could anyone help me out and tell what i should do? I only want to use house hold items.

Yellowing bottome leaves aren't a magnesium deficiency.

Yellow + curling could be over fertilized, but i'd be more inclined to say Nitrogen def.

That could be due to a ph problem in the soil

yellowing bottom leaves is generally nitrogen def from overwatering or it may just need to feed

Miracle-Gro® Water Soluble All Purpose Plant Food (they make several fertilizers be sure its this one)
http://www.miraclegro.com/index.cfm/...c0236933b0a7a4
Fertilizer Analysis: 24-8-16 with micronutrients
2 level "Teaspoons" per gallon of water, (reduce this by 50% first time application) feed every other watering till flowering

Budding ferts I recommend Fertilome, Root Stimulator and plant starter....
the NPK is perfect: 4-10-6
2 teaspoons per gallon of water every other watering........ use this as your water ...discontinue use 3 weeks prior to harvest...flush last 2 weeks...thats it no water .....

• Uploading Pictures: Before you upload pictures you need to make sure they are the correct size. To resize pictures go to Paint (loaded on with Windows) and select the picture you wish to resize. Then click "image" then "stretch Skew" and resize at 10% increments. Don't forget to hit "save". Then click the reply button at the bottom of the thread you want to load the pictures on to and go to the bottom where it says "manage attachments". You can then upload the pictures you want.
