Dark purple spots on new growth

I'm growing some bagseed outdoors and about a week ago I topped her. Now the new growth coming in on the two tops have dark purple almost black spots on them. The rest of the leaf is a normal green. There is also some dark purple spotting on new growth about 2 nodes down from the top. I can't get a good pic of it since my camera sucks so hopefully one of you guys know.

I just asked my aunt's friend and he said it's nothing to worry about. He said it's prolly because it's so hot out here and they're not getting enough water that it's THC dripping out. I don't really believe that but I've never seen this before so I don't know.

Oh btw, since I planted her a few weeks late, will my preflowers come a few weeks late or will they come around the normal time they usually show?

as to your time frame she will complete her appointed duty on time

what you describe sounds like a phosphorus def. in the veg state.
switch to these ferts and youll have no more defencies

Miracle-Gro® Water Soluble All Purpose Plant Food (they make several fertilizers be sure its this one)

Fertilizer Analysis: 24-8-16 with micronutrients
2 level "Teaspoons" per gallon of water, (reduce this by 50% first time application) feed every other watering till flowering

Budding ferts I recommend Fertilome, Root Stimulator and plant starter....
the NPK is perfect: 4-10-6
2 teaspoons per gallon of water every other watering........ use this as your water ...discontinue use 3 weeks prior to harvest...flush last 2 weeks...thats it no water .....

I already have some 20-20-20 ferts w/ micro nutes and for flowering I have Schultz Bloom Plus 5-30-5 w/ micro nutes so this is what I'll be using. Today I was going to give it another feeding of veg fert, but do you think I should use the 5-30-5?

my bottom leaf is all yellow and starting to turn brown, is that nitrogen def? And some of the stems have a violet coloring on the top which is phosphorous? So should I'm thinkin of using 20-20-20 in a few hours

To rule out PH related issues complete a soil runoff PH test.......
with PH corrected water (6.5-6.8PH ) pour enough water in the pots so the water runs out the bottom of the pot ...test the PH of this water....

then feed it if the PH is OK

The runoff is 6.1 but most of the time the rain waters her. I'm going out to check now since I haven't looked at her in a few days. I'll see what the 20-20-20 did for her

EDIT::: I just checked her and the purple spots are still in the same spot and more haven't come up. She looks pretty healthy to me, I'll just keep watering her and feeding her and see how it goes
