fallen over(HELP!!!)

my plant is about a week old and about the size of an average pen stood up ill attach a pic of the plant today but my problem is that my plant cannot hold it self up it falls over when even accidentally breathing on it when looking at it so my question to the city veterans is what can i do to get my plant to have a strong stem to just hold its self up in still air.

I'm no pro but its stretching cuz your light is too far away. I use cfl's for my seedlings and keep them about 3 inches from the light and they do fine. oh and a fan blowing on them simulates the wind and makes the stems stronger. in your case, I'd say you need a stake to hold it up and move your light closer until it matures and can stand alone. just my 2 cents. good luck

uhhhhh....what kind of light is that? please tell me its not an incandescent.

Put a oscillating fan on that it will make the stems strong. You are having streching because you don't have enough light.

Put it in a different pot and bury it all the way till only the top is above the dirt. GET SOME LIGHTS!! That light you have won't do.
