Drooping weird leaves??

Ok my plants is messing right up the leaves are drooping and curling downwards all the time and alot of older leaves are turning yellow ? I already asked this question and no one helped so I'm hoping someone will give me an answer because I want to harvest this year.

have you been watering enough?

I have been gone from my plot for 10 days came back and the soil was like a brick of cement and the leaves were droopy. some had it worse then others. the stems were really bendy and not study or stiff.

im pissed cause I asked a friend to water em once and he forgot.

I water them about 250 ml a day and there about 2 feet tall and I give them nutrients about once a week I transplanted them a few days ago into bigger buckets so the problems not that there rootbound.

drooping with yellowing lower fan leaves is generally an indication of overwatering

give the plant a cup of water if it responds within 3 hrs its thirsty, if not your overwatering......let the plant dry out, put a fan on it to dry the soil , cut back on the amounts and frequency of your watering schedule

Thanks alot Ganja Guerrilla. I didnt think I was overwatering because the plants are 2 feet tall and the buckets are big so everytime I water it it just gets the top of the soil in the bucket wet.
