How can I save this plant?

Growing my plant on the east coast outdoor since beginning of May with no nutes so far, I went back to check on it as i do every week and It looks like a deer bit the top few inches off and the bitten part is starting to turn brown. im also getting these small spots on the leaves and some browning on the bottom leaves... Is my plant going to be alright and how can I save it?
Id really appreciate any help or advise you guys could give me being that this is only my second time growing

your plant will recover from the deer eating it ....think of it as the deer merley topped your plant for you..........leave some human hair , some dog crap and mark your territory

looks like bugs got it aswell, maybe thrips or leaf hoppers

Thank you for the tips Ganja Guerrilla, What would be the best way to go about using your Insecticidal soap, should I use a sponge and wet it with the solution and rub that all over the plant and leaves?
