Overwatered Help???

I think i overwatered my plants yesterday as today the leaves are very droopy which has never happened before - i dont have pics as ist in its dark period
Anyway if i leave the plant and dont water for however long it takes will the root system be ok?

Oh and i removed all fert balls from the soil as advised from a previous post.

The plant is 3 Weeks Today old and is grown in a room 3x3 Feet White, and grown under 200w Floro

This is the last picci i have from yesterday. The soil was very dry for the first two inches and the pot felt light so i gave it approx 1 1/2 cups of Volvic Bottled water (approx 500 - 600ml)

Any ideas guys.

Cheers for the help in advance

yes you are overwatering, the growth is swollen and drooping

no water for a week, then cut your amounts and frequency in half.

time to start your feeding in 2 more weeks, what size containers are they in

Since i spoke to you, i have removed the ferts and almost killed it lol but she looks fine this morning , leaves raised, Deep green in colour... my only worry is that its not growing out fast enough, theres tons of leaves under the top set that arnt getting any direct light is this ok?

Oh and this is a picci from the plant this morning (Sorry again about it being a webcam - this way i dont have to keep opening the door to look at her

Oh and i have no idea what litre the pot is but it has an internal rim diameter of 9 inch and is 7Inch High (its quite big...) 3 weeks old yesterday and almost covers the surface area of the pot, and whats really really wierd is i set 3 off at the same time and the other 2 are, well... Tiny - Not 1/10th the size of this.

Do you have any idea roughly when this will be ready for flowering only i'm going to greece for a couple of weeks at the end of the month, which is good for me but not for the plant, i'll get my brother to water it while i'm gone.
