Plant is Wilting!

Well the other day I found another pot plant right across the road from my house in a little dirt area of a church. I transplanted it today and with in an hour or 2 its now wilting at the top.

What should I do?

chances are it just needs to adjust to its new home, give it some time ( day or two) and provide it with light, and moist soil and you should be in the clear:-)

water till the soil is soaked, add a drop or 2 of SUPERthrive ( vitamin B1 for shock), if you have it

(9 points). Its the fourth plant I have found growing around my house, all from throwin my seeds away.
