Please help. Nutrient deficiency?
So...I'll start by answering basic info stuff
growing in MG organic soil under some daylight CFLs used to be under 4 now under 2, only 2 plants. but will soon be back to 4 or 6 Ive been feeding them MG tomato feed, it seemed to be the best all-around. So anyway, they've just started looking like this in the past 4 or 5 days. I thought it might have been an N deficiency but now I'm leading to anything but that.....maybe Calcium, phosphorous and/or Potassium. please let me know what you think ![]() also, I cant tell u the Ph as of now, should be able to tomorrow or in a few days. the first 2 are from one. the rest are another plant. compliments to my awesome gf for the pics

Not a deficiency, it's a toxicity. Please read this entire thread ThePot especially page 2 and 3 where you can see the wonderful experience I had growing with Miricle Grow soil. http://forum.grasscity.com/general-i...acle-grow.html
Your plants will die soon of fertilizer burn if you don't get them out of that soil. P.S. Would you mind putting a couple of your worst pictures there of those fert burned plants at the end of that thread? Thanks. To trich the server so that you can upload them again, just re-size them down a percentage or two.

Interesting...I thought only the non-organic MG soil had time-released ferts. Anyone else?

your correct the Organic soil does not contain " time released " just pre-added ferts, however, SmknVTEC is correct they are fert burnt..but not from the soil,
your plants would have done well in the soil alone, due to the pre-added ferts but they are burnt from the supplemental feeding you gave it too soon, the plants havent used the ferts in the soil yet and you are double doseing them... you need to flush your plant to leech out the excess ferts. Flush with PH corrected water, till in optimum PH range, 3 times the volume of the pots rule of thumb but may require more EG: 1 gal pot = 3 gal. flush the Tomato ferts your using is NPK 18 18 21 your better off using the Miracle-Gro® Water Soluble All Purpose Plant Food for appropiate NPK values during the veg state, which promotes more vegtative growth http://www.miraclegro.com/index.cfm/...c0236933b0a7a4 Fertilizer Analysis: 24-8-16 with micronutrients 2 level "Teaspoons" per gallon of water, (reduce this by 50% first time application) feed every other watering till flowering |

Yeah the organic does have added ferts. They might not be time release but, they do have ferts in them. That and your added fertilizer you have been giving them burned them, bad. Also, look how much bark is in that soil. Terrible. You might want to check the pH as well because that could be off too. Flush like ganja said. Then consider starting over with some better soil.
