Leaves turning yellow

Please could someone advise on these plants, the tips are turning yellow and spreading inwards. The plants haven't had any nutrients yet and they are three weeks old.

I cannot diag it for you, BUT the ones that can will want to know:

Water PH going in and runoff PH. What are the room temps like. How often do you water it. What is the RH in your room. How big is the pot it's in. You said no nutes...do you really mean it, no nada nothing at all but water?

List these things out so someone like Chimera can have as much info as possible to diag for you.

room temp is about 85degrees,water when it get quiet dry, dont know what the rh is as dont know what it means the pot is a 6an a half ltr square pot, when i bought the soil i said that i wanted something with no nutes in it,he said it was really good stuff and that you have to put nutes in it,but there is no n.p.k. on it and i was reading some posts and they say that if it has no n.p.k. on it that its bad stuff(help, help, help).

Yo man is this your soil? http://www.basementlighting.com/Merc...ge=1/PROD/CAPS
If so it does have organic food in it [worm casting etc.]. I am not sure it is fert burn though. It looks more like your light was too close and bleached it out. Along with the 85 degree temps I think that could be your problem. Three inches off the tops of your plants is where the CFL's should be. Oh and you want soil that does NOT have an NPK ratio.

It certanily could be fert burn but, I agree with SmknVTEC... it looks like lite burn...damage is localized on one side only
