Thumbs up Help Needed !!

it has been 7 days sine i've placed my germinated seed's into organic soil, growth has been normal and the plant's are about 5cm long but there seem's to be a slight problem. on the tips of the fan leaves (i think there called the fan leaves) there is a white powdery substance that has formed.

please advise on what to do and if this is a problem

MY SET UP:

dutch dragon seed's

organic soil (PH tested)

water (evian bottled water also PH tested)

light 250w high pressure sodium bulb (i appreciate that this wattege is idealy to strong for this stage of growth however thats my only light but it is raised about a meter over the plants) receive 24 hour light

fan in use

temp levels little over 20c and humidity levels between 50 to 60 percent

MANY THANKS

mix baking soda and water & spray on leaves, powdery mildew cant survive in an alkaline environment

your soil looks soaked, soon as the plant recovers from the powdery mildew transplant to larger container and water 1/2 the amounts and less often

ok man will do asap,

a couple of quick qustions.

how did this form was it due to excess humidity and will lowering the humidity prevent this from re-appering?

also will it jus need the one spray to rid the plants of the mildew or will it need more?

thanks alot really appreciate all the help.
