Flowers becoming light green on the bottom?

A couple days ago I asked about my plants on a thread here: http://forum.grasscity.com/absolute-...k-3-weeks.html

Now the plants are looking different than in my other post which those pictures were taken about 4 days old. The plants leaves on the bottom are turning slightly yellow, and my plants just don't seem to be growing as fast as other peoples seem to be.

Could someone provide some kind of nutrients or whatever I may need that I would be able to pick it up at a home depot or some kind of commonly found store.

your overwatering, drowning the roots and locking out nitrogen
thats why the leaves are drooping and look swollen, the yellowing is the nitrogen def
transplant to a larger pot and lower the lites to reduce that streching for more lite they are doing

Ok I have just put them in huge pots. My correction on the bulbs from the previous post. I forgot I had broken one of the old ones on accident and the replacement I had was a 27W CFL at 5500k. Is this ok still?

Also should I add any nutes? The plant is still semi small. Only about 2 to 2 1/2 inches tall, and 2 inches across.

At over 3 weeks why is this plant so small?
