| Seedling is unstoppably drooping
This seedling popped up on sunday, making it 6 days old, I transplanted it to a larger on day 5 early morning, and now it has some serious droop. It's very green still, temp around 70 degrees under two 27w 6800k and 1 30w 4500k. It drooped a little before I watered it last, but that cleared up in about 4 hours. This is after I watered and transplanted yesterday, still not sure of problem. It is in half MG organic, half perlite soil in a painted white grow box.

Alright, I haven't misted in three days, and lights have been within 5 inches for last 48-72 hours, but plant is still drooping. The second leaf set is taking forever to grow, but I don't think I'm over watering it, the soil is very dry at top and my drainage is good. Again, using 50% perlite and 50% MG organic soil, no ferts yet, and it's at day 9. Serious droop on first leaf set. Is this normal/happening due to my lighting setup? pic here. Here's latest pic, as you can see, the drooping won't stop. I would like some help as it seems to be growing fairly slow.

Ok my plants is doing worse. It is now three weeks old and the bottom leaves are all yellow and spotting brown, The top two sets are yellowing and the plant looks very bad. I thought I over-watered so I waited 3-4 days until the soil was dry to take a run-off test, the soil is the right pH, though it was not a digital meter so I'm not sure about the reliability is good. The plant is growing very slow. Should I just cut it and start another one from seedling? Should I not do anything and just wait? Cut down on lights, water? I'm begging for an answer here.

Bad news: my seedling was uprooted by my cat when I accidentally left grow room door open. Guess I don't have to make a choice about whether to start over or not. Got 6 germinating right now and was going to use some regular potting soil in jiffy-pots till they're bout 2-3 weeks old before I pick one to go inside with my MG soil and put the rest on my neighbor's property(he's growing weed anyways, he won't care).
