seedling and heat?

my seedling is about a week old and it was standing straight up in the morning but by 3 PM it was about 77 degrees outside with no breeze and the seedling has fallen over but the embryonic leaves look fine so im guessing its just a heat issue ?

how is the stem, long, streched, or skinny/thin looking at the soil level

The stem is approx an inch to an inch and a half in length and it doesnt look unusually thin or anything. I added a small amount of soil because the soil level seemed low i could see the bend where the root system would begin to start. As of now it is dark out and it is standing on its own, just a little bent...i think it will be ok as long as it doesnt get too hot out.
