Spot on My leaf

Just wanted to get your guys opinions on my plants (its my first grow). The only problem i have is a spot on one of the leafs and i am not sure if they need to be pruned or not. Here some general pics and one of the troubled leaf. The first two pics are of the same plant.

It's possible that while watering maybe you got some on the leaf ....and if the water had ferts, it's probable that you just burned the leaf there. Looking at the last pic, it really just looks like a drop or 2 just ran off that area.

I wouldn't worry, if it is that, that's just my input tho.

Nothing to worry about, looks like something pooled there and burnt the leaf.

Plant looks nice and healthy... I would however transplant into a bigger pot.
