Details please. What are the temp and humidity in the room? Are you feeding it nutrients at all? It looks like a deficiency of some sort. How old is the plant? What are you using for soil? And what kind of lights?

Pretty hot, no nutes, 12 days, organic choice, 5x 23 watt CFLs.

Its not heat stress so dont even answer that.. its a deficiency and that deficiency is Magnesium Deficiency...

Starts out as yellow chlorosis spots which will start to turn brown.

Watering with 1 tablespoon Epsom salts/gallon of water.

Of coz i need to also tell you why this is happening and its because your getting Nutrient lockout becuase your PH is OFF... PH for soil needs to be between 6 and 6.5 with 6.4 being best.

As DireWolf posted check your PH

I believe you have a nute lockout , do a soil PH runoff test ........ optimum range 6.0-6.5

if not flush with PH corrected water (3 times the volume of the pot 1 gal pot = 3 gal. flush)

I see more than just a mag def. but go ahead and give it 1 teaspoon of epsom salts to a gallon of PH corrected water, if its mag def alone, you will see improvement with 36hrs

if not feed 50% strength nutes
