A week and no flowers?

So it's been a week in 12/12 with 10-15-10 fert and still no pistils. There are just a few pistils from preflowers which I know their location on the plant but nothing else. Whats wrong?

I'd say probably nothing. It's only been a week. Some plants can take over 2 weeks from starting 12/12 to show sex. You're are already showing some female pistils so I'd say you probably just have to wait longer for her to start growing some bud.
