Whats wrong with this plant?

The leaves have been drooping and there are these spots only on a few of the fan leaves. The new growth doesnt look that great. The feeding regimen hasn't changed since prior successful harvests and the ph of the runoff is about 6-6.5. Is this from heat stress, pests or is it nute burn?

looks like nitrogen toxcity, nute burn, young leaves are swollen , appears that you may also be overwatering

flush the plant to leech excess ferts

PS. the diagnostitions can read the plants much easier with the HPS lites off and use standard lites

always include a pic of the whole plant aswell, we often can see things that you may not be aware of
