will these survive?

hey there,
these are some seeds i put into soil a few days ago. i totally forgot about them for the last day thanks to some solid psilocybin mushies, and when i stumbled upon them, the seeds were pushing against the plastic wrap, seemingly air/sun starved. anyways, here are some pictures - i hope they're indicative of the health of my seedlings and the potential of my grow.

give'em some light, infact alot of light.

any particular bulb you'd recommend for this stage?
i don't have the complete growbox set up yet, but i guess i have to step it up to a decent level now.

get a CFL for now. However, if you want to grow a decent crop get an HID light.
