Sick rooted Clone, please help

So the clone is well rooted and it's been alive for a while now but everytime there's a new set of leaves or new growth, they look like this... yellowing from the outside-in and curled like in the photo.

I give it 10-1-1 with a bit of 10-15-10 (which I give all my other healthy plants) and I even tried to give it a bit of epsom salt thinking it might be mag deficiency.

Hope you guys can help. All my other plants are fine.

Keep buying shit ferts and thats what you get, yes it looks like mag def. You also need to be very gentle with the amount of nutes your feeding her.
