Rust and Curling Leaves in DWC

I'll start off with some stats on my setup -

DWC tub with GH 3 part nutrients
184 watts of CFL's
Water temp: 68 F, Ambient temps: 75 F
pH: 5.5 - 6.0
PPM: 700 - 800

For the most part my plants seem pretty healthy, but one of my plants has been having problems. I changed the water 2 wks ago and added a little too much nutrient, which seemed to burn them a little. I diluted the solution and they seem to have bounced back, but I still see some unhealthy leaves.

I've posted some pics of the weird leaves, and a pic of the overall setup. If anyone has any thoughts on whats causing this, do tell.

the burnt leaves cant repair themselves, remove them so that you can tell if you have infact remedied the situation or not

if it continues, you havent fixed the problem
dont you use a ppm meter?

my guess would be the ph. Are you sure it is between 5.5 and 6.0? I've grown in the rubbermaids and it is hard as hell to keep the ph in the nice steady range. (Assuming ur DWC)

Nute burn is what I was thinking. The new growth looks fine, so I think I'll be alright.

I'm just confused because it only happened to one of the plants.
