Joey doesnt like Miracle grow soil, he/she's too young for the pre added ferts MG contains...

transplant to a soil that has no ferts pre added....no NPK values printed on the bag & especiallty not the time released crap.

joey will love you for it

Also keep in mind that mary jane likes to grow down into the soil as much as above it and you can expect the root system to be as big if not bigger than what's above soil. Your containers are really tiny so I'm kinda surprized your plant is still growing. You need to TRANSPLANT and read up about it before you try because there are alot of things you need to learn before removing the roots from that tray. For starters, read on what soils are best, what to mix with them, when and when not to fertilize, flushing, grams per watt, what water to use and how to recognize countless inevitable obstacles to overcome. Perhaps before you transplant you could read a little on how to score roots of a root bound plant and while your baby grows, spend a little time searching the forums and figuring these things out beforehand. Read guides. Soak up all the info you can. It'll save you more than just time, it will probably save you at least one crop and will absolutely save you some money.
