extreme or mild stretchin?
My plants are 18 days old and about 6 1/2". thye have 4 nodes going on fifht including the round leaves and the first single serated are they really bad? How will this effect my entire grow?

Those CFL lights should be no further than 3 inches away from the tops of the plants. Also get a fan blowing them and they will be fine.
