yes the bottam pic is of nute burn but the top one is the weird one as it looks like a crust has built up around the top of the pot the baby plant is in honestly what i would do is pull the baby plant and clean the pot so there is nothing in it or on the sides of it what nutes are you feeding the plants and how often and at what dose per gallon

Also, the little seedling shouldn't be given any nutes at all yet.

no i have not gave anyting to the seedling but water , and they are in peatmoss but i dont think it matters anymore the seedling looks like it is allmost dead. but my bigger plant is still wilting after i flushed it . the larger plant is one of 2 that were both planted in miracle gro potting mix. the other plant is not as bad but is still showing the same symptoms.

The seedling appears ready for mummification.
Don't overwater next time, and isn't peatmoss a bit acidic?
Your two bigger plants seem to be nuteburning.
Or it could be soil pH problems.
The way that leave is curling and twisting is not normal even for nuteburn.

And even if you did fix the soil with the flushing don't expect the brown parts to become green again they won't.
Focus on the new growth from the last few days to make a judgement on how the plant is doing now.
Good luck!
