First off, how old are the plants? If they are young...and you are adding nutrients to the h2o...stop. Pretty much any soil one buys has nutrients...thus, you don't need to add nutrients to the water, when watering.
Second, check the pH of your water. Go buy a cheap pH tester and adjuster kit from a pet store ($10). I'm going to already guess that your tap water pH is around 8...too high!
That's your problem when dealing with young plants...and your plant leaves look young.
Recommendations: Fill up a one gallon/X-Milk container jug with tepid/room temperature water. Test the water pH with your tester...following the instructions on the bottles.
When the color of the pH tester tube shows to be blue (alkaline..which your plants do not like) follow the instructions on the pH down adjuster bottle.
When your gallon jug of h2o is in the lower pH 6's....you're good to go...and you'll never run into this again.
Please repost and let us know if you solved the problem.
