What to do?

Hello GC community. I read alot and then started my own grow. Followed Grandpa's guide, ordered Fem. seeds NL x GF. Started them both on Nov 1st. Vegged them until mid december under cfl lights at 24/7. Topped one and LST on both. Changed to 12/12 and turned on two 150 hps bulbs with the cfl lights too. The uncut girl (Henery-etta) had the top tied over as to not grow into the light. They were both growing very well, the grow area smells of fresh fruit, very appealing. So I'm roughly four 1/2 weeks into flowering and my girl has started to produce a couple balls... The cola's on the top of her are easily three inches and covered with white hairs. But the balls are a big let down.. I've read and searched, but still have a question. Do I cut her/him now, string it up by his toes and dry it(I'll get a good lil bit) or do I just let it finish it's life process and get more in a couple more flowering weeks? BTW my first time growing. The next cabinet is being finished as we write....... Thanks
