wuts the problem wit this

these leaves where getting alot of water drops on these leaves that are messed up.whats the problem? its 4 weeks and under 3 cfl's.using flora 3 part series.18/6. any body think i should flower in 3 weeks

Looks like a bit over watered and a bit over fertilized.
What is your pH?
What are the PPM's?

Lower the ppm a bit like V said, but that's a damn nice looking little MJ bush you got there. If you wait out the 3 weeks to flower, I'm sure you will be greatly satisfied in the end. Good job bro!

the ph is usually between 5.5 and 6.0.the ppm varies from 1000 to 1200. yeah i was thinkin it was over watered i changed the timer to water it less.thanks yall
