HELP!! Is it the COLD, OVERWATERING, or BOTH?!?!?!

My plant is about 1 month and about 2 - 3 weeks old I think. It's been on 12/12 for the past like 3 weeks. The one plant has droopy leaves and the sides are curled underneath the leaves. I thought it was the cold, but my other plant is fine. Except that when I was taking these pics my cat started to eat her lol but shes fine. Although it might be a combination of the both so I'm resting the plants on something so they aren't touching the floor. The temps are around 70 - 72 with the lights on (at night) and during the day I have no idea. But when the lights first come on it's around 60 - 64. This shouldn't be much of a problem should it? During the summer it gets about that cold out so I don't see it being a problem. I also have a space heater outside of the room.

Overwatering? Temp?

Plant 2

^^ Those lil small leaves are the only leaves curled like that.

Ok guys so what do you think it is?

BTW, no nutes yet, a mixture of kmart potting soil w/ Miracle Grow (Most of those lil yellow balls have been taken out and most had nothing in them, I think cause of all the humidity in the pool room they were in). Only one plant has experienced nute burn but that was weeks ago and it has since stopped. I don't think the soil is an issue but who knows

That droop looks to be from under watering. The MG soil is still over fertilizing your plants even though you took the balls out. They were empty because they already released the ferts into the soil; hence the over N that I see in the leaves. The next time you water you can try a flush but, you will probably want to get some better soil because the flush usually does not help with time release ferts. Transplant within a week or so or no more than 3-4 weeks into flower; otherwise forget it because the transplant could disturb the trichs. You also look like they need to go into bigger pots. 60 degree temps are too cold as well; this will slow down growth. Keep that cat away from the plants too; she will love it when it gets buds and unless you are growing it for her, keep her locked out when you are gone otherwise you will come back one day to nothing but a bean stalk.

Every time I water I let it drip out of the bottom and last night the soil was still wet. We'll see how they look tonight

Letting the water drip out the bottom is fine. Just be sure you are not watering too often. Know what the pot feels like when the soil is completely dry, and when the soil is watered well. Do not water till it feels like it is almost dried out completely. Pretty nice looking plants overall though McTwist. Those stems look like little redwood tree trunks!!

I've actually overwatered them a couple of times. Sometimes I let them get dry and then water but last night they were soaked from the night before. I'm prolly gonna leave em in the pots they're in now just because I don't have any soil and I don't really wanna transplant em. Hopefully tonight she'll show signs of improvment
