Leaves not growing big and opening up that much.

Ok, I've been growing about 25 days now and my plant's leaves aren't big or opening up as much as other plants. It also looks as if it were vegging for a only a few weeks. I think it's because the soil has no nutes. I'm gonna look into buying some nutes if that's the case. Can someone help me out? My pics are in my grow journal which can be found in my signature. Thanks...

In my experience, plants do this when they are trying to conserve their energy/reserves. So, I'm going to take a stab and say that you either don't have enough light, or you are lacking in nutes.

i don't even have to look at your grow. you said it in your post. you haven't fed and don't have nutes. you should have what you need to finish before you start. plants need to be fed on a regular basis.
