What is happening with this plant.

What is wrong with this plant. I was thinking that the PH of the water might be high but I am not sure. The plant is still small and I would like to keep from losing it. Can this be fixed and will the yellowing disappear.

Thanks for any help.

Looks pretty healthy, but you may have a bit of a Magnesium def. there. No big deal, happens to a lot of plants around this stage in their lives. Just mix a little epsom salt with some pH adjusted H2O and give the leaves a thourough (sp?) misting. Signs should go away within a few days. As for a more long term adjustment, find some fertilizer with micronutrients (all the small stuff besides just NPK) and use that in conjunction with your other plant food. Also keep your soil's pH in check (about 6.8) and your plants shouldn't have any problems taking in any of the food they need. Hope this helps man.....happy growing!

It looks like Magnesium deficiency like fatbob166 said... check the ph of the soil to be sure it is 6.4-6.8, if so, then give about 1 teaspoon of epsom salts per gallon of water, ONLY ONCE. U should do this only 2-3 times throughout the grow. The yellowing wont go away, but it wont spread anymore...

Thankyou for your help. I will try the epson salt. Sould I added the salt and my nutes at the same time or should I just use water with the salt.

Thanks

You could mix it in with your nutes during the next feeding, or lust mix it in a spray bottle with water, and mist your plants for a quick fix.
