Not to depress you or anything but,

That is one of the most messed up plants I've ever seen.
Not only does it show the yellow spots you're talking about but I also see :

-chewed up leave
-nute burn
-nute deficiencies
-seems to be wilting a bit
-purple petioles

What on earth are you growing these plants in? Solid clay from Chernobyl?
And what are you doing to the clay?

stop giving ferts from now and test the ph of the runoff... it should be in the 6.4-6.8 range. After u fix the ph, wait to see if the problems continue on the new growth, if so, you've got other problems. I have honestly never seen the yellow patches on the leaves like yours...

What type of ferts are you using?
What is the NPK and does it have micronutrients?
How often do you give it the ferts and how much per gallon?
What type of lights?
Do you know the soil pH?
