is there a problem with these?

So I've got two plants. One is kinda yellow on top, a little droopy and the leaves curl in multiple ways, i know somthing is wrong with it, but what? the second plant looks alot better but its still a little yellow on the top.

They both were a little nutrient burned earlier in their lives.

Tomorrow will be two weeks from sprout for both.

I see a potassium, nitrogen & possibly mag deficencies.

I dont do hydro, but while waiting for the hdro guru's to look, get us some readings

nute strength, PH, temps etc

i took a ph test and it was way too high, like high 6 mid 7, so i dropped it down to high 5 and even maybe 5 hours later they are already looking better and greener.

my nute is 25ml floro grow to 5 gallons of water and temp is about 78f
