Yellowing leaves @ 3 weeks..

Hello,
I have FOXFARM soil and foxfarm ferts. When my plants sprouted the leaves are yellow(Is this a problem?). At least 2 out of 3 are yellow.

So I fertilized them with .1-.3-.5 and 1 plants leaves are curling upwards. I think i need to flush it , it might be fert burn.

I read somewhere that this is fine(yellowing leaves) unless there like 6 weeks in to veg. Also, they are about 3 weeks old at about 6 inches in height.(IS this about right?)

Well, weed does not need to be fed any time before week 3 of life. If they were yellowing before that than something else was wrong. Make sure the soil does not have any ferts in it and check your soil pH. Other than that I can not know what is going on without more detail and pictures.
