No.
Look at the yellowing leaves on Figures 9, 10; all the yellow leaves turn completely yellow then fall off. Your plants leaves have not yet turned completely yellow and are getting black necrotic patches on them. What is the pH today? If you think your pH meter is busted get a hydro pH tester. That way you can test the run-off water and be more sure. A plant that is root bound will not look like ozone damage funkopath. Every strain of every plant of MJ I have ever grown has been severely root bound by the end of the grow. Never have I seen anything that looks remotely close to ozone damage on my severely root bound plants.

I see a potassium, magnesium & phosphorus lockout

your last pic, the one with the sodium lites on, all the leaves are "praying" (lateral edges of blades curled upwards which is a classic sign of magnesium def.

upper and middle leaves showing a mottling ...can be early stages of potassium def

leaf stems purple possibly from phosphorus beginning to lockout (also sign of cold temps)

If your ph runoff is between 6.3 & 7.0...... I feel you can rule out PH as the issue and your certain your ferts are strong enough

Then I believe your nite temps could be the culprit your strain maybe temp sensitive.....you say your temps are 62 Im assuming your thermometer is at eye level?....whats the temp on the floor where the roots are?....because if they are even a lousy 7 degrees cooler....potassium, phosphorus, and nitrogen can get locked out because its too cold for the plant to pump up nutes

try adding an electric heater to the room for a couple nites and feed the girls you may see an improvemment

Ganja,
I see no praying of leaves under sodium light. But, I do see on pic 2,3 where the middle of the plant is yellowing and the whiteish edges on the single leaf. It could be p or k deficiency. I hope he comes back with a more accurate pH reading.

Thanks, folks

Well,

Our flowering problem has subsided. I realized, thanks to input from you all, that our problem was likely pH related. I then realized that my pH tester, one bought from a local pet store for aquariums, only tested pH of certain ranges. Long story short, I belive that the pH of my tap water is ridiculously high--above 8. This could be due to the fact that we have chlorine added to our water.
Anyhoo, my veg plants are showing similar characteristics. I'm guessing it's certainly pH...as its necrosis implies a bad pH.

I attached some pics...let me know....but I definitely see pH. The new leaves don't show the problem after lowering the pH. Give me some feedback, please.

Will post some pics of the flowering ladies soon, only a few days from harvest...had to harvest early but we will be "ok."

If the soil ph is in check [between 6.2-6.8] and the problem still persists, you know you have another problem. I would think that a few days after the pH is corrected, the problem should stop.
